Members Lil Ceser Mr Animation Kid Tuff This was an offshoot of one of the early West Coast Crews known as The Shake City Rockers. In 1984, some of them dropped out of the b-boy scene and Cesar started up the new crew. Ceser is also well respected today because of his efforts to continue the b-boy movement today.
