The King of Rock himself is expecting to hear an apology from New York City Police Commissioner Bratton.
Bratton made the comments after a concert in Manhattan was disrupted by gunfire.
DMC said it was wrong to group all rappers together even if they don’t “portray, promote or produce products that celebrate or legitimize any forms of negativity.”
Bratton says his comments were misinterpreted.
